Our aim is to empower the leaders of corporate, nonprofit, and governmental organizations to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within all of their operations. We also aim to leave our business partners with the knowledge and skills to make their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts sustainable within their organizations.

Climate Surveys
Climate surveys provide quantitative insights into how members of your organization are experiencing the workplace. We work with key stakeholders within your organization to personalize the surveys to your needs. The results are then presented in a comprehensive report that includes many levels of analysis.

Strategic Planning
Diversity, equity, and inclusion plans help organizations develop roadmaps for promoting change. We will work with key stakeholders in your organization to develop comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion plans.

Executive Coaching
Our coaching helps leaders within your organization better their abilities to build diverse workforces and inclusive environments. Our coaching program, built on the CREED model, is tailored to give leaders the skill-building experience that they need to make an immediate impact on their organizations.

Focus Groups
Focus groups provide qualitative insights into how members of your organization are experiencing the workplace and also how they have responded to new diversity, equity, and inclusion policies as well as other management initiatives. They can also be important for crisis management and mitigation of internal conflicts.

Training Workshops
Training workshops provide your organization with the opportunity to gain detailed knowledge on aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. Our training workshops are custom-designed in consultation with key stakeholders in your organization. These workshops can be delivered in person or via webinars.

Our CEO, Alvin B. Tillery Jr.
Alvin Tillery is the founder and CEO of 2040 Strategy Group. He is an award-winning scholar of diversity and leadership in the field of political science. Tillery holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University. He is the founding director of the Center for the Study of Diversity and Democracy at Northwestern University.
