Community Change Action

About The Project

Community Change Action is a national community organizing and advocacy group.

The Problem

With a partner organization in Michigan, Community Change wanted to test messages about local companies who had supported the Jan. 6 insurrection to shape corporate giving in an upcoming election season.

Our Solution

We designed, collected, and analyzed a representative survey of Michigan residents gauging how support for the insurrection affected brand perceptions. Through this, companies learned their brands would be significantly damaged if they funded candidates opposed to Michigan.

Amphenol

About The Project

Amphenol is a Fortune 500 company that is one of the world’s largest providers of high technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions.

The Problem

Amphenol is a global company with operations in more than 45 worksites in the United States alone. Amphenol wanted to assess and benchmark the DEI climate in all of these sites while respecting the unique dynamics within each of its operations.

Our Solution

We designed, collected, and analyzed 45 distinct surveys of Amphenol worksites. Our insights helped Amphenol understand the key DEI issues in each location and develop company-wide benchmarks for managers so that they could determine how best to introduce new programs.

Quickbase

About The Project

Quickbase is a is a software company that provides a low-code application development platform. The company was spun off from Intuit in March 2016.

The Problem

Quickbase needed to develop an organization-wide DEI strategy that their senior leaders and workforce could rally around.

Our Solution

We conducted a comprehensive program evaluation of Quickbase's DEI program, completed an organization-wide climate study, and developed a training solution for their managers that helped them achieve alignment around DEI throughout their global enterprise.

The Hewlett Foundation

About The Project

The Hewlett Foundation is a national foundation with grant-making that supports efforts to strengthen U.S. democracy.

The Problem

One of their major priorities is to fund projects evaluating alternatives to neoliberalism, the dominant paradigm for economic policymaking in the United States. The Hewlett Foundation needed to understand American attitudes about neoliberalism to shape their funding efforts.

Our Solution

We designed, collected, and analyzed a representative survey of Americans designed to create original measures of support for neoliberal ideas and policies. Our insights are being used to inform the foundation as they invest in projects about seeking to understand which values should drive economic policy.
